What is the difference between labour leasing services (LL) and regular recruitement services?

Labour leasing is the term used to describe temporary employment. Temporary employees have an employment contract with the personnel service provider. The personnel service provider is the employer who holds all resulting rights and obligations. The undertaken work is not carried out at their employer but with an assigned company (customer of the personnel service provider). In contrast, recruitment agencies look for suitable candidates on behalf of a company to fill open positions for said company in the form of direct employment.
