How does the staffing process work at Goodworx?

After having received the documents, we will contact you as soon as possible. In the first step, we will conduct a short telephone interview with you. This is where the initial comparison is made with your wishes and ideas and the vacant positions. If we have a match here, there will be a personal interview. This is where we will try to get a grasp of your wishes and expectations and match them against the currently available vacant positions.

During this talk, we will get to know each other better and introduce you to the available vacant positions and their associated companies. You decide what positions you want to be recommended for and you also set the selection priorities should there be multiple positions that come into consideration.

Only then will we get into contact with our customer. Should the customer show equal interest in you, a personal interview with your potential new employer will be held on site.

Only then will you and our customer decide on a possible joint path.
